WATER HEATING COST COMPARISON
Heating hot water for your home accounts for up to a quarter of your electricity costs for the average Australian household.
The iStore reduces hot water heating consumption by two thirds from conventional electric or gas storage systems, while reducing CO2 emissions by 2.9 tonnes.
Installing an iStore could save you up to $1,000* per year on your energy bills.

A significant reduction in running costs while providing a sustainable source of hot water
The iStore reduces energy consumption by two thirds when compared to conventional electric or gas storage systems, all while reducing the Co2 emissions of your home by as much as 2.9 tonnes annually.

The 180L iStore uses exclusive technology to provide 400% efficiency
Here's how it works
- A fan draws in air, containing heat energy, across the evaporator
- The evaporator turns the liquid refrigerant into a gas
- The compressor pressurises the refrigerant into a hot gas
- The hot gas inside the condenser coil heats the water inside the coil-wrapped tank
- The refrigerant reverts back to a liquid after heating the water and continues to the evaporator for the process to start again

Most efficient setting as water will be heated via the compressor only. The electric element can be activated manually whilst in economic heating mode for faster recovery of water.
-
Hybrid Heating Mode
When quick recovery is required, this mode will activate the compressor & electric element for the fastest recovery. Hybrid Heating Mode is designed when short-term rapid water heating is required i.e.: Additional guests in the home or quick recovery is required after large hot water use such as a bath or spa. Once the target temperature is reached in this mode, the system will automatically reset to Economic Heating Mode as the default setting
